Experience the Lifestyle is a program designed to give prospective residents an opportunity to immerse themselves in everyday life at Peconic Landing. You stay in a cottage home for a nominal fee while exploring Peconic Landing and the surrounding area.
Each 4-night/ 5-day visit is customized so you can experience things of interest, whether that’s attending a 92nd Street Y broadcast, swimming in the pool, playing golf or discovering the North Fork’s unique hamlets and natural beauty. The package includes accommodations, access to community amenities and programs, several meals and a choice of North Fork amenities and complimentary offerings.
