Peconic Landing, a not-for-profit organization, strives to be one of the preeminent continuing care retirement communities in the United States. We are achieving our goals by operating as a partnership with residents, our Board of Trustees, management and staff.

Our philosophy is simple.  We are dedicated to empowering residents to realize their full potential while maintaining their privacy, independence, security and peace of mind.
