The film, Age of Champions, is an uplifting story about a group of athletes – a 100 year old tennis champion, 86 year old pole vaulter, octogenarian swimmers, and a basketball team of grandmothers – all chasing gold at the National Senior Games. Win or lose, they’re living proof that it’s never too late to become a champion!

May Mile & 5K Race

Join us for Peconic Landing’s 7th Annual May Mile & 5K Race to celebrate Older American Month.  Registration begins at 8:30 AM and the walk/race will commence at 10 AM! After the race, stick around to enjoy live music performed by Mambo Loco, dig-into a delicious BBQ lunch included with registration! There will also be raffle prizes.  All proceeds benefit the Greenport Fire Department. Register in advance here.
